Our Concept: The Vineyard Wine Bar started as a dream 12 years ago. That dream entered the final stage of fine-tuning 3 years ago. Three years and 8 months later we are pleased to share that dream with you and welcome you to The Vineyard Wine Bar.

Here life slows down. Leave your cares and worries behind and enter a relaxed environment.  We recommend that you make reservations to ensure a most pleasant visit. We only reserve for one seating, meaning that when you make a reservation no one else will be booked for your table for the rest of the night. Your table is yours, for as long as you want to stay. You determine your length of stay. You won’t find people congregating at the door, or at the bar, waiting for a seat or table to open up. Everyone at The Vineyard Wine Bar has a seat, and it’s theirs for as long as they want to stay here. This is a much different approach to dining as most restaurants book their tables two or three times each evening. So enjoy our wine, our food, our music, and our way of life until you’re ready to leave…. We encourage you to make a reservation as we are booked full each weekend, and some weekday nights.

Our Food: We believe that food should be custom made to order, and of only the finest ingredients available. That is why most of our ingredients, breads, pate, and cheeses are flown in from around the USA, and from Europe, to insure that we offer the best quality. Unlike many other restaurants that “prep” their salads, and “prep” many other items on their menu in advance, then leave them “ready and waiting” in warming containers, or chilling containers, we prepare each and every plate “to-order”, to ensure that each and every plate comes to you fresh, at the proper temperature, and artistically presented. Please be patient, our food might take a little longer coming from the kitchen, but it is our guarantee to you that each plate will be fresh, flavorful, and presented with a flair, and will not have spent any time in warm or cold “holding”.

Our Wine: Our almost 30 years in the wine business as an importer, supplier, wholesale distributor, wine judge, consultant, and educator has resulted in making many “wine” friends. These wine friends, (wine makers, winery owners, etc.), enable us to have access to many of the worlds great wines that other wine shops and restaurants rarely see. As a result of our wine friends we are able to bring you the best of what is available in the vast world of wine. Many of our selections will be unfamiliar to you… as we search out the best that’s available from small family owned, and operated, winery-farms. These are families who have been making wine for generations, passing down their wine making practices from father to son… or daughter. These are artisans, skillfully working their land, and tending to their grapes like children, to bring you the best, un-commercialized wines the world has to offer.
